Martha Mazor
From Garage Preschool
to 8-Figure Empire
Martha Mazor is the childcare industry’s most sought-after business mentor — a founder, CEO, and Inc. 5000 honoree who has built exactly the kind of business her clients are working toward. She’s not a business coach who happens to know about childcare. She’s a childcare operator who built an empire and now teaches others to do the same.
From Scarcity to
Prosperity
My journey of entrepreneurship has been a rollercoaster.
Martha’s journey didn’t start with a business plan or a bank loan. It started in her garage.
In 2007, she launched what would become Whiz Kidz Preschool out of her home — a humble beginning that few people who see her today would ever guess. What followed wasn’t a straight line to success. Martha went through a divorce, lost her house, and found herself a single mom of three with food stamps and a Craigslist hustle to keep her family afloat.
She bootstrapped every single step. No investors. No safety net. Just relentless belief that she was building something bigger than her circumstances.
"It wasn't easy. But it was possible. And if I can do it — anyone can."
Today, Whiz Kidz is an 8-figure operation with 8 school locations, 160+ employees, and 700+ students — a company that has made the Inc. 5000 list five years running and been recognized by the Phoenix Business Journal as one of Arizona’s Most Admired Leaders.
More importantly, it’s a company that runs without Martha in the day-to-day. She built the systems, the team, and the culture so she could own her business without being owned by it. She travels. She’s present for her kids. She lives the life she set out to build.
Now she helps childcare and private school owners do the same — in a fraction of the time it took her.

Why Childcare Owners?
Martha didn’t pivot into childcare business coaching. She grew into it naturally — because childcare is what she knows, what she loves, and where she’s done her best work.
She understands the unique pressures of this industry in a way that a generalist business coach never could: the licensing and compliance maze, the enrollment seasons, the parent relationships, the staff turnover, the razor-thin margins, the government subsidy programs, the challenge of building a premium brand in a market where price is always a conversation.
She’s navigated all of it. Eight times over.
When Martha works with a childcare or private school owner, she isn’t adapting generic business advice to fit a niche. She’s pulling from 19 years of lived, real-world experience in this exact industry — and giving you the shortcut she didn’t have.
“I built my empire the hard way. You don’t have to.”
